windy dog hill is a single, self-contained ground-floor suite built in 1998 as a separate addition to our home. It features a private entry, screened-in porch, generous living room, bedroom with a queen-size memory foam bed, plenty of closet space, mini-kitchen, and bathroom. The view from your porch and living room are south-east to Lincoln Mountain and the Mt. Abraham summit. The Green Mountains have seven peaks over 4,000 feet - four of them are on Lincoln Mountain.

The views from the kitchen and bathroom are of perennial plantings and the wood/potting shed. This is where we keep the generator as power outages in this neck of the woods are common. No additional fee is charged for candle-lit romantic evenings without electricity. Power failures can be arranged by request. Dish Network service is provided with HBO, and WiFi connects you to our DSL service (we may be rural but we're not behind). |
